Reporting a problem or a person

In a chat, tap ⋯ to report or block that person. Tap a message from someone else to report just that message.
On a recipe that belongs to someone else, tap “Report this recipe” at the bottom.
We review reports and can remove content, suspend chat or delete accounts that break the Terms.
In an emergency or if someone is in danger, contact emergency services first.

Blocking

Blocking someone ends your connection, stops any recipe sharing, and stops them messaging you or finding you. Manage blocked people in More → Settings.

Deleting your account

Go to More → Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, recipes and everything else linked to your account. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address you signed up with and we’ll do it for you.

Copyright and content concerns

If you believe a recipe or message in the app uses your content without permission, report it in the app or email us with what it is and why it’s yours. We’ll look into it promptly.
